Pearl Care Instructions

• Your body’s natural oils transfer onto pearls over time and can cause them to lose their sparkle. Gently wipe the pearls with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth, then dry with a second soft cloth to restore their luster. Avoid abrasive chemicals or harsh cleaners — these can erode the pearl crystal surface. Store separately from other jewelry to prevent scratching.

• Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from the date received.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. For website orders a gift card will be issued to the email address associated with your order. For orders placed through our app, a credit will be issued to your app account.
