- Returns and exchanges must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
- Exchanges: need a different size or color? Request an exchange through our returns portal, subject to availability.
- Returns are issued as store credit only, which you can use on your next purchase. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
- Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and no odor, pet hair, deodorant, makeup or other signs of wear.
- Original and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless you added Checkout+ to your order (see below).

Add Checkout+ at checkout for free return shipping and package protection. With Checkout+, you'll get a prepaid return label through our returns portal, and if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll replace it free of charge. Start a claim here.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Accessories, jewelry and other non-clothing items
- Intimates and leggings
If a final sale item is sent back, no store credit will be issued. A shipping and handling fee applies if you'd like it returned to you.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please check your order within 7 days of delivery. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, submit a request through our returns portal or email customerservice@pearlsboutique.com, and we'll make it right.
