Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday within 24–48 hours from Smithfield, Virginia. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after they ship. Total time from order to delivery is usually 4–7 business days. Orders placed by 2pm ET Monday–Friday begin processing the same day; orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During holidays and big sales, processing may take 1–2 extra days.
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Returns & Exchanges

- Returns and exchanges must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
- Exchanges: need a different size or color? Request an exchange through our returns portal, subject to availability.
- Returns are issued as store credit only, which you can use on your next purchase. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
- Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and no odor, pet hair, deodorant, makeup or other signs of wear.
- Original and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless you added Checkout+ to your order.
Checkout+ Protection
Customers who add Checkout+ at checkout receive a free prepaid return label through our returns portal. Checkout+ also protects your package: if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. To start a claim, visit our returns portal.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, accessories, jewelry and other non-clothing items, intimates and leggings are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item is sent back, no store credit will be issued, and a shipping and handling fee applies if you would like it returned to you.
