• Orders over $75 ship FREE 
• Orders are processed and shipped out M-F within 24-48 hours with love from our warehouse in Smithfield, Virginia.
• FREE local pickup is available in Smithfield, Virginia (Choose option at checkout.)

Returns:

• Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from the date received.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. For website orders a gift card will be issued to the email address associated with your order. For orders placed through our app, a credit will be issued to your app account. 
• Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. This includes accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, and leggings. If these items are returned, the refund will NOT be processed. A handling and shipping fee will incur if you wish to have the item returned back to you.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
