• Returns and exchanges must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
• Exchanges: need a different size or color? Request an exchange through our returns portal, subject to availability.
• Returns are issued as store credit only. For website orders, a gift card is emailed to the address on your order. For app orders, the credit is added to your app account.
• Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and no odor, pet hair, deodorant, makeup or other signs of wear.
• Original and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
